Focus on Teaching
Our teachers are encouraged to focus on their core business of providing a quality education. This means that being involved as a coach in the School’s Saturday sports program for students in Years 7 – 12 is entirely optional for teaching staff.
Health and Fitness
All staff have free access to the School’s onsite fitness gym, and weekly fitness sessions during term time. There are also dedicated staff only swimming lanes available at Mentone Aquatics on certain days during the term. Staff can also access the School's onsite Physio service offered by Healthy Bodies Physiotherapy.
Employee Assistance Program
Our School is partnered with Lifeworks to offer a voluntary and confidential service to help our people navigate the challenges of life and work through professional counselling, advice and resources on mental health and wellbeing, money, family and general health.
